The staff members were friendly and attentive to our needs. They were always ready to assist us with directions and recommendations of places to visit in the area. we appreciated that the hotel was conveniently located close to the town, making it easy for us to explore the local attractions. The room we stayed in was also spacious and well-maintained, providing us with a comfortable stay.
The transportation options in the area were limited and we struggled to find taxis or ride-sharing services. This made it difficult for us to visit certain attractions in the area.

My recent stay at this hotel was incredibly enjoyable. the location is ideal, with easy access to public transportation and a bustling town center. the rooms are spacious and clean, with modern amenities and comfortable beds. the bathroom is equally lovely and well, maintained. the service provided by the staff was exceptional, particularly the counter manager who went out of her way to ensure our stay was pleasant. the breakfast provided was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. the facilities available were top, notch, including a well, equipped gym and a refreshing swimming pool.
The WiFi can be spotty at times, but this minor inconvenience was easily overshadowed by the overall positive experience.

We enjoyed the exclusive amenities, especially the Spa & wellness centre and the Sauna. the service was impeccable, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
The only minor issue we faced was the location advantage. While there were many leisure and entertainment options available on-site, we had a little difficulty finding nearby transport to explore the town.

We had a great time at the hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Ms Jiang Ping Apple. She organized DiDi rides for us to the town and back, as the taxi service was unreliable. The facilities were clean, and we enjoyed the breakfast spread. a pleasant stay.

Good location, easy to access the nearby areas. the hotel facilites were basic but comfortable enough. the staff was very nice and provided us with towels and toiletries when asked.
The noise level in the hotel was terrible, with loud music being played at all hours of the day and night. Our room was not well soundproofed, which made it very difficult to sleep at night.
